The site is intended for residential building - multifamily, located in PI with identifier He7079.608.73, with an area of 303,32 sq.m., together with 37,67 sq.m. each of the common areas of the building. Also, there is an underground garage with an area of 340,99 sq.m. The site is located on Pirotska Street and consists of six above ground floors and a subsurface space. The starting auction price of the property is 53 568 BGN with VAT and the bet is 10% of the starting price. The property is burdened with different weights, including prohibited by CSI and previous entries. The public sale procedure provides that all who wish to examine the property can do so at the agreed time. The interested must appear in the Regional Court of Burgas or in the office of the private judicial contractor.
