The first building is an administrative, business building with a built-up area of 205 sq. m, located in land property with identifier 39983.56.139.1. The second building is a transport building with an area of 673 sq. m, located in the same land estate. The moving items include auto-service equipment such as lift, electrical dashboard, compressor, tools, heating ventilation, instrumental equipment and more. The starting price for the whole complex of properties and equipment is set at the sum of 812 477.55 BGN without VAT. In order to participate in the bidding, a call of 10% of the starting price of the private court contractor H.V.D. is required in advance.
